The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join our team on a full-time, on-going basis.  Your primary focus is to manage the estimating and ordering for a portfolio of custom/luxury home builds and multi-unit developments from tendering through to completion. Reporting directly to the Director/Owner some key accountabilities of this role include: Advanced knowledge of estimating and ordering using Databuild system. Knowledge of Australian residential building/construction methodology and/or standards. Knowledge of residential building/construction materials, tools, and equipment. Interpretation of construction drawings, engineering drawings and specifications. Advanced computer skills in particular Microsoft 365 (Teams, Excel, Word & Outlook) and preferably with exposure to our CRM system CoConstruct.
